Full payment may be required to guarantee a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the hotel issues confirmation.

Check-in begins at 1:00 PM and check-out is by 12 noon. Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM may attract a 30% surcharge, subject to availability.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in may qualify for a refund. Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.

Guests are responsible for room keys and hotel property placed in their care. The hotel is non-smoking and does not permit pets.
